What is your warranty policy?
It depends on your unit. Basic warranty information is posted under equipment details.
Please contact us if you need more information.
For your convenience, all units that you purchase from us are registered for you with the manufacturers.
We do perform warranty work within your warranty period on Stihl, Hustler Mowers, Snapper, SnapperPro, Masport, BigDog Mowers, & Little Wonder blowers.
Are my repairs guaranteed?
All work performed on your unit is guaranteed for 30 days.
Do you take appointments?
Currently, we don't accept appointments for repairs. All work is serviced on a first-time, first-serve basis.
What if I don't pick up my equipment after repairs are done?
Equipment not picked up after 30 days from completion date & after we have informed you that it is ready with NO prior arrangements made with us will be sold for the repair price.
When do I pay you for my repairs?
Before your unit is complete, we'll call you if the repair cost is MORE THAN the following amounts:
$95.00+tax on Stihl equipment
$125.00+tax for walk mowers
$200.00+tax for large frame riders
We will not proceed with large repairs without your approval.
Who is responsible for my unit?
We take pride in the repairs we do, & want you coming back for years to come. We do everything in our power to take care of your equipment. That said, we're not responsible for the loss or damage of your unit in case of fire, theft, hurricanes, or any other cause beyond our control.
What is the difference between residential & commercial equipment?
These are units that are made to be used once a week. They're not meant to be used every day.
These are units that a business would use every day to make an income with.
